Great city apartment. Friendly staff.
Fantastic city views and lovely apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient parking under the building. Great location in the city. The only negative which was rectified as soon as I complained (although it should have been communicated in advance as we stayed two weeks and it was during an expensive period). There were lengthy building works being carried out while we were there and we booked a high floor balcony room with a view obviously to enjoy that aspect. There were notices in the room and around the building not to use the balcony from early morning until 5/6pm in the evening and keep blinds drawn closed. We were moved to a side of the building not being worked on after I complained but as much as I appreciate work needs to be carried out it seems a little cheeky to charge extra for a balcony when it can’t be used and the view can’t be enjoyed. Staff were so friendly and helpful though.

Great location for our stay. Close to theatre & markets, 10 min. walk to Rundle Mall. Apartment was clean, kitchen was well equipped for light meals although there are many dining options around Chinatown. (Adjacent to the markets) Reception staff were always courteous and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage when we arrived early. Would be happy to stay here again.
