    Amazing service but no sound insulation

    The hotel is clean and the service is amazing. However, the rooms have terrible sound insulation. The hotel quickly moved us to a room with no guests adjacent to our room, but we could still hear people talking and footsteps from other rooms.

    Overall, it was just okay for a casino hotel. The rooms were clean but a lot of the interior felt a little outdated for a 5 star hotel. I was disappointed to be told that you need to PAY for using the lounge chairs at the pool AS A GUEST! The per night rate was not cheap. The pool staff NEEDS to speak more English! There were too many communication problems. The pool hours are horrible. I've stayed at many 5 star hotel pools that open at 6 am or 6:30 am. The small pool had TOO MANY CHILDREN and men trying to do lap swimming. As a result, I only stayed 30 mins at the pool and then LEFT! The elevators were too slow; there are 3 elevators BUT it took way too long for them to come up or down EVERYTIME. Last was the parking. Why was there no VALET when I pulled up to the hotel? I was directed to self park and then it was full and had to go all the around to another parking lot. This is a total inconvenience for the guests.
