I've been staying here for years... it's a lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of everything... But... finally I noticed/felt the lack of "air conditioning"... Unfortunately there is no A/C.... but even the room fans don't work or are Extremely Noisy...
Great place, great location, lots of restaurants and very friendly and supportive staff.
Polanco is a beautiful neighborhood, the Flow Suites are near many attractions and many excellent restaurants and the price is right..
The suites have been refurbished, they're in great shape, clean and well-located
Only complaint is that next building was in construction, and it was loud. couldn't take a nap
