Grrat location, and the breakfast buffet had alot of choices. About 2 blocks from Old Town, trams, and metro. Neighborhood had markets and excellent resraurants. We were very pleased with the hotel, big room and bathroom. Loved hotel and area

What can I say? The location was excellent. My second time in Prague and was glad to gave chosen this hotel. Very convenient and walkable. Plenty of room for two people. Was actually surprised when I was reserving a taxi for an early morning departure, they had breakfast bags to go for us upon check out. Isn't that amazing? Breakfast buffet should not be missed. Food was good. Except for the lady preparing the omelette-- very rude. Thought that she was just overwhelmed by the orders , and she couldn't multi task which made her raise her voice. The following morning she treated a guest the same way. Not acceptable behavior. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

Fabulous hotel. Beat our expectations. Ivanka and Vashek at the front desk were so helpful in every way. We also got a free upgrade to a nice room. The room quality was amazing. The breakfast had so many choices including hot and fresh egg omelettes and waffles etc. Top notch location very near to the old town square and many good restaurants and shopping etc. We are definitely staying here the next time.
