    I really didn’t like how I got my balcony room changed. They said they upgraded it but it was honestly a waste of my time and money. please don’t do that again it was soooooo annoying I didn’t even want to stay there anymore.

    Our stay was wonderful!! Although the internet wasn’t working very well. I would still give my trip a 10/10 the location was perfect so much to do near the hotel. The pool was a blast!! The staff was awesome!!

    I like how everything was convenient, like places to eat and shop. I didn’t like the rooms at all..The 1st room I was put in the air conditioner was very loud and so that was very annoying..Why would they put someone in a room like that? I will never booked with them again..

    We had a AC unit in our room that was so loud that we could not get a good nights sleep the entire 3 days we stayed at this facility. There were amenities laking in the room. We were told they cold not be provided because of Covid precautions.

    Hotel was great. Covid restrictions on not cleaning of rooms until check out was only negative. Staff was very cordial and helpful. The most frustrating thing with hotels.com was trying to add additional nights. I had to make separate reservations which required me to checkout and then check back in each day that i added. I was not allowed to check in all 3 days at once. Bummer.
