Ac broken in room nice hotel still
We checked into our room and when we got back from dinner we noticed it was really hot in our room. Our ac was broken and they didnt have another room to put us in. We were on our honeymoon and it was really hard to fall asleep in a hot room especially when we could open windows. Had to wait till the next morning to get a new room. Other than the ac not working this was a nice hotel

Terrible experience!!
Horrible experience. After a 9-hour red eye flight, we arrived at the hotel and waited over an hour to get checked in. There was a long line and one girl working the front desk. She had trouble with every reservation. When it was finally our turn, she couldn't find any trace of our reservation. I even showed her our printed receipt with confirmation number but she couldn't locate it. I asked to talk to manager but there wasn't one on site. I asked her to call the manager and she told me that wasn't possible. Finally called and they contacted management and got our reservation straightened out. Then we learned the elevator had been broken all week and wouldn't be fixed until after we checked out. I asked for assistance with our 40-pounds suitcases because we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. There was nobody to help. My husband has had back surgery and can't lift anything. I've had 2 knee surgeries and 2 shoulder surgeries and had to start our 3-week Europe trip by dragging both suitcases up 3 stories to a room that was so small there was nowhere to put them! An absolutely awful experience and frustrating start to our wonderful adventure. There was never any offer from management to discount our room or do anything to compensate for the inadequate facilities.

My sister and I are very self sufficient people and will pretty much tolerate ANYTHING. You walk in and the place smells like moldy carpet. We arrived and were barely greeted by the front desk staff. No smiles, no welcome to the City! No, have you been here before? No, did you travel far? Nothing but we need an ID and a credit card. After we finished checking with the sour staff, she directed us to the stairs (we were on floor 2, which was actually 3 no rooms on the ground floor) we asked if we could take the elevator because we had large bags. She told us we had to take the stairs because the elevator was broken and didn't even offer to have someone help us with our bags. We had been traveling all day and I went downstairs to ask for a recommendation for a dinner place. She recommended McDonalds. The halls smelled even worst than the lobby. We actually went across the street and bought room freshener for ourselves. The room was stuffy and the AC took forever to turn on. You could feel the springs in the bed. The TV was tiny, the shower was falling apart, the paint was peeling off the ceiling, the janky curtain ties were broken, the AC vent was shoved with papers and tissues, the phone cord was disgusting, one of the side tables had a huge chip taken out of it.The continental breakfast was ehhh. WIFI was terrible dropped constantly. At check out they asked how our stay was I was honest and said it was very unpleasant their response "Oh, sorry, here is your receipt".

Deceptive and Not Worth The Money
- Our first room was barely bigger than a closet and the air conditioning didn’t work. - After several days, the second room they moved us to blew out its fuse irreversibly after I flipped one light switch. - The elevator was broken the entire time we were there, despite their claims that a repairman was coming. - The staff seem bewildered and undertrained in most things, only getting things done when the managers were on them like a hawk. - The rooms seemed to be of inconsistent quality and design, even with the size of the TV’s of rooms on the same floor. - They attempted to overcharge us with service fees that had already been taken care of by our booking website. - The WiFi service was shoddy and only really worked if you were on the ground floor or near the elevator. The only good thing was the complementary breakfast. Honestly, it was a pretty terrible experience for our honeymoon. Avoid this one.
