If you merely want a roof over your head
The entire place and room smelled awful. A drawer at the bottom under the tv would not stay shut. It would roll out into the walk way. I had to roll a towel up and shove at the bottom of it to keep it shut. Initially walking in the carpet was pulling up at one corner and could see under it. There was a 'yellow' stain on the comforter. I missed reading the card that they don't offer daily services unless requested. Throughout stay I talked to 4 or 5 different people at the front desk, just asking for ice location, purchase a snack etc. they were all very unfriendly and acted bothered or put out by the simple question. Positive note - breakfast was decent!

Our astray was ok, but the roll of toilet paper was wet all the way through! ICK! Not sure if the cleaning person dropped it in the stool or what happened! It was kind of gross to start our stay there! I threw it away and got another roll! I hope they didn’t think we took the new roll!

Check in was pleasurable, parking was easy, beds were comfortable and convenient location to downtown. Room condition was just OK, because of the bathroom. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling and shower grout. It appears there was a leak from the floor above and the repair job was very poor with mold showing through and spackle spattered around the bathroom.

Parking is overwhelming.
The parking is terrible and nothing like driving to the hotel from the hospital visiting a loved one and have to deal with terrible parking. They have a small parking space for overflow but still wasn't enough. I will not stay at this specific hotel again due to the parking.
