One of the most comfortable hotels we've been in. Just happened to stop in off the highway in the middle of our trek. Excellent reception and one of the best breakfast we've had. Excellent value at $9.00.

On the first glance, was clean, but found a big gob of hair in the shower drain. Yuck. Asked for a rollaway bed, which came quickly, but looked like it was from the 50s. Very worn. Friendly accommodating staff. At checkout was charged for a pet, which we did not have. After 2 calls to get the charge reversed, had to dispute the charge with the cc co. Very expensive breakfast, so we did not partake.

Staff was above and beyond friendly courteous and professional. My husband is handicapped and they even came to the doors to help him in at times while I parked the car. This is the place to go to for business or family travel

I was staying here with my Fiance while our Bathroom was getting remodeled. It was close and convenient for me going to and from work, as I worked directly across the street from the hotel. After hours, the front and only door into the hotel got locked. The only way to unlock the door was with an active room key. My Fiance works nights, and sleeps during the day. He left around 3 AM, he went for some food and to smoke a cigarette; upon leaving the lady at the front desk acknowledged him by telling him good morning. When he was trying to re-enter the building his card key had been deactivated and he was unable to enter. The lady refused to let him in, he told her who he was with and the room #, she still refused, after 20 minutes of standing in the cold she let him in, but refused to let him past the front desk continuously making rude remarks. I finally had to be woken up by both my Fiance and the rude lady at the front desk, who told me she wasn't buying my Fiance's story. My fiance has never felt so embarrassed at a hotel in his life, and I still can't believe that he was treated this way. We paid a lot of money for a nice hotel and NICE STAFF, of which we only got one.

The description of the room was 2 queen beds. Neither bed was a queen. We have a queen bed at our home and we can comfortably fit 2 adults and a toddler in our queen. Your beds can be no larger than a full size which was terribly uncomfortable and not enough room for us. We barely slept.

The room was not completely clean, food left in microwave, opened can of soda in fridge, three used bars of soap in bathroom, debris on floors, sheets came off bed, Keurig didn't work. I, we have stayed at many Hilton Gardens Inns, and never had an issue. Very disappointed in thestay here and the overall lack of cleanliness in this room.

Spotlessly clean. Super friendly staff. Large comfortable room. My only criticism is the breakfast. It’s not free and they claim it’s ‘made to order’. It’s NOT. We saw them scoop the eggs and home fries from those large silver serving pods. And brought right to the table luke warm. Save your money, there’s other breakfast options close by. Panera, Starbucks, Bob Evans etc..
