Stay somewhere else - lots of nice people
Website clearly promotes “no hidden fees” and that may be right as long as you don’t bring a dog ($100/night). Then alarm clock would not stop going off at 5:50am - even after being UNPLUGGED- and management didn’t care. Glad we travel a night early for hockey to get a good night of sleep to get woken three times so early - and have management say there is no policy to address getting repeatedly woken so early.

Solid hotel, the Travelocity 4.3 stars feels about right. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was solid (if crowded and a bit chaotic), and the pool was mostly clean. The bar and restaurant area is calm and pleasant. Cons: the hotel is pet friendly , which was totally fine for us, though you wouldn't want to stay here if you're not a fan of sharing elevators and hallways and entrances with dogs. That being said, a lot of guests had their dogs off their leashes, and it wasn't great navigating the lobby with our small child. Actually felt dangerous at times This is the fault of oblivious guests, of course, but perhaps the hotel could make the leash requirements more clear? We even encountered a dog off-lead at the indoor pool, barking at its people who were merrily splashing away. The dog ran a few circles around the pool before we asked the owners to please remove it. So: good hotel, but not sure if we'd ever return
