Portland trip
It was amazing

Hosted a bachelorette party. Needed a room with enough space to hold everyone before heading out. It was perfect. Everyone had room we were able to interact and mingle. Then the shuttle made two trips since there were 11 of us. Then it’s close enough walk back at the end of the night. Three of us slept in the room and were very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was great.

great location, great hote;
Hotel located downtown so a short walk to bars and restaurants. A spacious unit with a comfortable bed, has the kitchen which we did not use. Quiet and dark out curtains so sleeping was pleasant.

No Parking No Waterfront
Friendly Hardworking staff at breakfast buffet. Nice pool. Location on edge of city neighborhood, definitely not waterfront, should of never been considered waterfront even before the building across the street. Hotel is a city block away from the water port entrance. Parking is not convenient, especially if you have a ski rack or Thule storage rack of any sort. You are on your own to find overnight parking in questionable areas. Cost of room does not reflect expected amenities. No patron should be told because you did not book direct with the hotel and used an alternative booking service that there is nothing they can do to adjust the price of your stay, especially when the patron never asked for a pro ration but merely expressed the issues with additional hotel parking fees and incidental fees on top of room rate. You can stay at a grand resort like wentworth by the sea for the same amount with greater service and no hidden fees.

Nice room.....sub par service
I will preface this review by stating that it was St.Patricks Day so the hotel was very busy so i understand this could add stress to an already tough job but thats where the sympathy ends.... The check in took longer than it shouldve (15 min) considering the room was prepaid.. The front desk person was polite but looked a bit out of sorts. Finally got to the room which was very nice! It was a big suite with an updated kitchen and nice living room. The "fun" with the front will put a damper on an otherwise fun night. I called the front desk for a cab which i thought wasnt a big deal. The front desk said they would call us when it arrived...i called 15 minutes later when i hadnt heard from answer.....i called 10 minutes after that a different person answered the phone. I explained that i called to check if my cab had arrived. He stated that they dont call the rooms when cabs arrive, which contradicted the other persons statement.He demanded i go to the lobby and get the cab that was waiting for 15 minutes! Needless to say i was ticked off and told the front desk person how i felt. I apologized to the driver and we were off Breakfast the next day was decent with a good selection and we checked out 2 hours later. Its a nice hotel within a 5 minute walk of the Old Port. Parking was adjacent so it was convenient If you dont deal with the front desk on a Saturday night, youre ok. Im sure its normally fine but just was dissapointed with that incident.
