The Imperial Hotel, Vung Tau
The worst 5 star hotel in Vietnam !!!!!!!
The worst hotel in Vietnam, not 5 star hotel services. I've been all only 5 star hotels in HCM and Hanoi for many times, I didn't received any smile from front desk and very rude service. sofa cushion is sagging with stains and old not 5 star hotel furniture. it is not worth it for 5 star hotel, maybe 2-3 star hotel compared with other 5 star hotel in Vietnam. the front desk manager Harry was very nice and kindness.i would not recommend Immaterial Hotel to anyone.

Wonderful welcome
The hotel manager, William, provided us an effusive and proper welcome. We had just travelled from America to see some family for the first time in over 40 years. The gorgeous entrance lobby and sitting areas combined with well spoken and genuine welcome helped make us feel comfortable and added to the pleasurable reunion. Our uncle who is very proper and had made time to drive down from the city to be there when we arrived was quite pleased with the welcome for his nieces.

Romantic Holiday
We both love the superb comfy bed and we both slept like babies during our stay. Another highlight would be one of their outdoor pool is facing to the ocean. We spend most of our day there for swimming and enjoy sun bathing with refreshing coconut juice aside from La Sierena restaurant. Excellent service especially from the friendly Philippines stuff taking good care of us. It’s pretty interesting in tracing back the history of the hotel as former Australian Club during Vietnamese war. It’s background history also makes the hotel unique and it’s classical deco everywhere you can easily spot from the hotel.
