Nice and convenient hotel close to both Chungmuro and Myeongdong in a quiet street. Its not the biggest rooms, but in comparison to other places i have been in Seoul it is somewhat spacious. Convenient with both washing machines and a gym.

the bathroom is the smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The pipes leak and water goes everywhere. They don’t provide daily housekeeping and there are some rude staff at the front desk.

The room itself had a decent layout and the bed was fine, but cleanliness was an immediate concern, with dirty floors and a bathroom that felt old and poorly maintained. Things got significantly worse when the air conditioning stopped working. Staff did move us to another room, but the replacement was in even worse condition. The bathroom had alarming amounts of black mold around the bathtub and sink, the worst I have ever seen in any hotel. The faucet was loose, and the bathroom was so cramped that the sink physically blocked you from sitting properly on the toilet. For the price and the Namsan location, the standard should be far higher. These are not minor cosmetic issues, mold is a health concern and the kind of maintenance problem that should never reach a guest room. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

The room was tiny to the point of being impractical, and the bathroom was in terrible condition — mould everywhere and a constantly wet floor that felt dirty and unsafe. I stayed 3 nights, left briefly, then returned for another 4 nights, and was still charged a luggage storage fee in between, which felt petty and unreasonable. Poor hygiene, cramped rooms, Would not recommend to stay.
