Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, Pattaya

3 star hotel, but charge for the price of a 5 star hotel. Old, mold, not so clean room. I stayed at Pullman in Vung Tau, Vietnam and that facility was really nice, that's why I book Pullman at Pattaya with the same expectation. However, Pullman Pattaya disappointed me in almost every way. Old and outdated, not so clean, small, same breakfast menu everyday. See the photos for more info. Rustic, molded, ancient time TV, the TV remote control is a joke, dirty shower area. My bedroom is much nicer than this hotel. The staff was nice though, and that is the only positive about this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for the price.

Bad quality compared to money paid.

The lanai pool access room needs renovation so I only stayed there for a night n the requested for a room changed. Then the front desk transferred me to room 524. Though the sea view was nice but the odor in the room couldn’t be treated so they put me in room 1224. With all the hassle of room change n disappointment, only a word of apology was given. Service was great but could have been done better.

Location is far from dowtown but quiet. The bathroom had bad odor and we had to change room. It took time to get a taxi as the shuttle bus had very limited seats and reservationt must be made in advance. The swimming pool should not be in public area.

Far from 5 stars. The room is a 3 stars standard. The check in staff gave us face and shook his head after we refused to his suggestion to upgarde the room.
