CC fraud, GET A DETAILED RECEIPT AT CHECKOUT!
Booked through hotels.com & Stayed Feb. 15th, 2023. Checked out Feb. 16th, 2023. The person at the front desk asked if I wanted my receipt emailed to me when i checked out which I said yes. I never received an email with the receipt and noticed I had an additional charge on my credit card after my stay. Called on Feb 24th to resolve the extra charge & to ask again for the receipt to be emailed. Person at the front desk said they would take care of the credit & email the receipt. March 2nd the additional charge is still on my credit card & still no receipt. I asked for a detailed receipt & Aloft cannot produce one. Called again & apparently Tyana at the front desk has to get the manager to credit the charge.

My Toilet was broken and there was no soap in the Shower Dispenser. Additionally, there was no Shaving Creme onsite. As cleanliness is extremely important, this stay was a failure!

We only stayed the one night and for the most part it was a good visit. Cons: the poor bartender only had a half-stocked bar, barely, and wasn't able to make half of the drinks we requested. But he was a trooper and we enjoyed his service - he was polite, friendly and professional. There really was not enough staff present in the lobby to assist the arriving guests. The young lady was just a little overwhelmed as she had to keep running back and forth which meant the front was not manned for periods of time
