Great stay , comfortable and clean
Second time staying here it was brill we had an issue with our room which was sorted straight away by the lovely receptionist, only downfall was we were on the road side and the noise was a little loud everytime a truck a bus or a lorry drove past but nothing the hotel can do obviously … so glad I brought ear plugs as a just incase - the walk into harbourside was around 15 minutes where all the night life was and a bus only cost £2

Hygiene and room.
After a wam welcome at reception we were told our car had to be moved next door to the Multi story carpark within 15minutes as the council have cameras to the rear of the property in the carpark. Then to the room. Dated and very ‘brown’ but expected that after the reviews I’d read. I have absolutely no idea why we were given a disabled access room? Onto cleanliness. Carpet clearly hadn’t been hoovered as there was still mess where the bed settee had been out. The bin was overflowing with rubbish and empty water bottles. The bathroom - here was when things went really downhill. The black filth behind the taps could be seen in the reflection of the mirror. The floor and tiles were damaged and the grout very stained. The shower appeared to be a wet area. There was a seat on the wall which took up the bulk of the space so it was hard to get under the shower to wash. The higher shower head then flooded the room completely and didn’t drain for ages so had to wait a while for a second shower and use the lower body shower head. The shower curtain was filthy. I was tempted to take it down myself. There was somebody’s half used shower pouch still on the shower shelf. It is a health and hygiene nightmare! Such a shame as the location is wonderful and we had a great night. I rarely leave any reviews but felt this was necessary. I did mention the cleanliness to a very apologetic receptionist on our departure. Do something about your cleaners Future Inn!!

DO NOT EAT THERE!!!
Service in restaurant was terrible. Main course arrived before starter. The main course was then left on the table while starter was prepared. Eventually taken away and returned cold later.

Very dirty hotel with rude staff
Hotel room was dirty hallway smelled of piss and weed staff was rude and not willing to help we ordered some drinks at the bar and after paying £80.00 for a round of drinks the didn’t put any alcohol in the glass when trying to complain to the manager her was very rude talking over us and wouldn’t listen we stayed here for new year and attended a party that they put on we could barley hear the music the bar in the party was unattended for most of the night very smelly dirty hotel with rude staff
