Likes….price ….location ….self contained kitchen….balcony …..parking dislikes no view….[unless you like looking at roof tiles from the place behind you] rooms very old dated ….room we had needed a good makeover eg marks on walls bathroom old kitchen dated bed is on the floor so if you have back issues getting up and down is a problem ….look if you get this cheap and you just want somewhere to come home to cook something have a shower and a bed to sleep on after a day of exploring it’s fine everything does work satisfactorily but if your one of those people that stay in most of the time to enjoy the room and just go out occasionally and you pay top dollar you will be disappointed especially if you get a lower floor ….as these are individual apartments I can only comment on our 3 rd floor apartment we had others may be refurbished ,,,,
