The resort is beautiful but they need to fine tune the experience. Staff at front desk were unorganized. There was a dirty rag left in our room and the TV didn't work which took multiple calls and an hour to fix. The clock also didn't work in the room. Think it just needed a battery.

Felt unsafe and appalled at my stay!
im a corporate traveller and spend about 60 nights a year in hotels. I decided to try out Predator Ridge as my parents have been golfing here for years. I checked in, mentioned I was a corporate traveller that would be leaving first thing in the morning and the Front Desk agent started going on about the trails I could walk tomorrow (wasn't even listening I me). I checked in around 9pm and was fast asleep by 11:30pm. I was STARTLED at midnight and woken up by about 30 or so guests screaming and partying. The entire floor was taken up by what I assume was a Christmas Party group. People were putting shoes in the cracks of their doors so people could wander between rooms. They were so loud that I had to take th glass sconces off the lights because they were rattling. TWO different times, drunk guests were trying to get into my room thinking it was their own. This carries on until 4am... DID I MENTION IT WAS A SUNDAY NIGHT? And I'm 30 years old, and a very deep sleeper. And it was unbearable. So, I call downstairs, and no one is at the front desk (given limited Fall/Winter hours) and NO OPTION for a security call. I mentioned this all go the front desk agent in the morning and she couldn't be bothered. I could NOT feel more unsafe. If something had gone haywire, no one was available. The front desk agent mentioned what a quiet night it was, and I mentioned I was a corporate traveler up at 6am....and that's the floor she put me on? SO disappointing/unacceptable.

Perfect get away in the off season
It is so quiet at night. With the windows wide open, slept soundly. It was the off season but it is a fantastic resort. Nice fitness centre. Great hiking trails.

Just what we wanted!
The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Special recognition to Elizabeth at the front desk for her personalized and pleasing service. Our stay was exactly what we wanted - quiet, restful, beautiful walks on the gorgeous grounds, good food and exceptional service. We have a special spot in our hearts for Predator Ridge who so kindly took us and our extended family in when evacuated twice by fires in the Okanagan approximately 7 years ago.
