10/10 Exceptional

We felt like we got lucky with this hotel. We did take a junior suite which was extremely spacious and more than suited our needs for the holiday. It’s fabulous how you can turn one way and walk into a choice of pools and yet turn another and you can swim right into the sea. We were there outside of school term holidays so I can’t talk for what the hotel is like when children are there but we found it extremely peaceful and well appointed – one observation however is that there are no USB charging points which wasn’t a problem as we had plugs with us, but it’s something he would expect from a four star hotel. Location was absolutely fabulous with wonderful bars and restaurants within easy walking distance plus the bus stop outside leads straight into Palma within 35 minutes.

4/10 Fair

Not a 4 star standard. The rooms are very out dated and the bathroom setup is terrible. Felt more like a hostel. They say there is a minibar but it’s empty. The staff can’t provide you with a wine opener. Staff in reception not very service minded and just overall low energy.

I traveled with kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen compared to other resorts. Every single staff member I interacted with was patient, friendly, and professional. We had some issues with our booking when we arrived, but it was not the hotels fault and they quickly offered a solution for us. We would definitely stay here again.

When we arrive we were shocked of the sea view at the reception desk, just wowww! Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice. Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection of food, and a beautiful sea view through all the Breakfast floor. We definitely going back next time we visit Majorca!

Really loved the stay. The view, the breakfast buffet and the mini mart close by made it easy to stay at the hotel. It was about 40 mins on the bus from the city centre which was perfect for a day out of exploring. Some staff via telephone were rude and put the phone down when they didnt understand english and someone called at 12pm to leave the room when I had paid for a late check out but other than that the stay was very pleasant.
