Standards lowering
There were stains left around the bed, wall and nightstand. The pool was awful. My whole family came out itching all over. Then the hot water did not last for 5people to shower after the nasty pool. The staff was great. I’ve stayed here previously and it was great. This trip was gross. There was also construction everywhere and the driveway was destroyed. I had to carefully pull in without scraping the bottom of my car off

Disappointing!
Several things were disappointing about the hotel. First, it was my understanding that this was a brand new hotel, yet the power outlets were too far away from the bed to power up devices while lying in bed and there were NO power ports for charging devices. Second, the pool did not open until 10:00 a.m., making it virtually impossible for my granddaughter to enjoy the pool before checkout time at 11:00. The MAIN reason I chose a hotel with an indoor pool was for my granddaughter's enjoyment. There were tears in the morning. Third, there needs to be age restrictions on the workout equipment. Since I couldn't swim in the morning, I wanted to use the bike and treadmill. They were crawling with kids like a jungle gym and I was not able to work out.

I would stay here again
It was great. The hotel was clean, the pool and hot tub were clean and my kids had fun.

Not happy
Not a good experience. The staff was great. The rooms were very clean. However, all the doors needed their hydraulics adjusted as they slammed shut. We were at the end of a hall where the exit door slammed violently and often people when in and out. It shook our walls every time. We were moved to another room further away from the side exit door but that did not curb the slamming of the guest room doors. If you absolutely have to stay at this hotel, try to reserve a 2nd floor room. Downstairs you will hear every footstep from above including those from playful children who prefer to run rather than walk. Our advice to the staff, which was very helpful, would be to put families with children downstairs. The walls also seemed a little thin.
