We stayed 3 nights, all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good. We used the pool area once. The breakfast was your standard eggs, sausage, waffles etc... We didn't care for the coffee(which is the most important start to my day :) We were right on the free shuttle that runs to downtown Manitou, and the cog train, which was super convenient! All in all, it was a good stay.
