Achtung bei der Zimmerauswahl und mit Parkplatz
Das Frühstück war ok aber das Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen mit häßlicher Aussicht auf einen unfertigen Schotterparkplatz und ein Hallendach. Nannte sich "Blick auf den Innenhof" - lächerlich. Außerdem wurden wir irreführend informiert und am Ende mit einer horrenden Parkplatzgebühr von 60 Euro überrascht (15 pro Nacht)! Das für eine Schotterpiste. Und das ganze Auto war auch noch verschmutzt mit Baumharz und Vogelscheisse. Wir haben darauf hingewiesen und um eine Lösung gebeten, haben sie aber wohl nicht nötig. Unsere letzte Mail wurde garnicht mehr beantwortet.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Sehr freundlich und kompetent ist das Personal an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr schön. Beim Frühstück hatte man den Eindruck, dass das Personal manchmal überfordert war. Leider fiel das am 20.06.19 besonders auf. 20 Minuten gab es kein Rührei, das Nachlegen der Butter dauerte auch ziemlich lange. Man muß erwähnen, dass im Frühstücksraum nicht viel los war. Begründet wurde dasdamit, dass an disem Tag ein Event stattfindet. so etwas darf der Hotelgast nicht merken oder dadurch Einschränkungen spüren. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, trotz der Bauarbeiten. Wir waren das 3. Mal dort und kommen gern wieder.
