The reception and the complementary break fasts were good. But there was no facility of hot water kettle or complementary tea coffee sachets in the room.

Horrible
It was so bad. I got there and they tried refusing me a room and told me I had to pay again if I wanted a room despite me showing them the receipt. It took an hour of arguing until they finally have me a room. Plus there was no "free wifi" as indicated and in fact there was no wifi at all. Oh and I was woken up in the morning to a woman unlocking my door using the master key. It was a bad experience and I definitely don't recommend going there- even if it's cheap.
