Not great, but good enough
This is a step above camping, so don't expect much. Bed was SO uncomfortable , long dark hairs were in bed and bathroom. Bathroom looks like it gets cleaned by splashing dirty water on it. The noise went on through the night. The towels ( one small bath towel, a hand towel and a wash cloth) were paper thin, with the quality of a dollar store. The staff was friendly. The parking is $5 a night, which isn't bad. The fridge was nice to have, bring paper towels, paper plates, forks and spoons etc, if you plan on using the mini kitchen. We also killed 3 spiders in our room, which was kinda gross. Overall , for what I paid I would stay again, camping is almost the same price , and at least it's indoors and it's close to Canada's wonderland (15-20 min drive) and hotels over there were double and triple the cost. Next time I'd bring an air mattress. Very small, brand new grocery store 5 mins away, and the have a cafe, which was nice to grab prepared food for the night.

Pleasantly surprised
Was a little concerned because it was a college campus and that was not stated. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel! Room was spacious, clean and comfy!

Simple - really simple
Simple accommodation. Lots of small errors. No towels provided on the first day since the cleaning service had forgotten with several rooms. Hair dryer had to be booked from the front desk but only 2 are available on the entire property.

Total Fake Out
This is not even a hotel. It's a college dorm that is used as a hotel while students are off for the summer. Room was awful. We ended up staying someplace else.
