Excellent.
It was excellent. The cabin is 10 minutes drive to the mountain top if you plan to ski, 5 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Its up on a hill so the kids will enjoy running down or climbing up. All rooms I understand face the mountains and the city. Our room was spacious. Fireplace is a great addition to the ambiance. We recommend this place for the price.

Friendly staff and great location!
Check in was easy and the gentleman who checked me in was SO nice and friendly! Hotel in easy walking distance of the strip and was perfect our overnight birthday celebration. Room with panoramic mountain view and needle. Quiet. Room was huge with two double beds. Hotel is a little older so not all of the bells and whistles but that's what made it special for us! Couch in room. Fridge. The heat had been turned on for our arrival and that was so nice as it was pretty cold outside. Hotel is on a hill by itself so parking was easy. Check in was at the Econo Lodge at the bottom of the hill and this is also where breakfast was served. Balcony with some chairs to sit in and take in the quiet, beautiful view in the evening or morning. Definitely keeping this place on my list of finds. If you like fancy, this is not the place for you. If you like friendly, adequate, and easy access to the Gatlinburg strip, this is perfect! Simple place for simple, fun family time! Also, was able to book one night here since we stopped on a whim. It was one of the only places I could book one night so that was a big plus!

Hidden with possibilities
This was my second stay in a matter of 2 weeks. The Inn is in need of TLC on the outside but the rooms seem well maintained. The beds are rather firm. I loved the view over Gatlinburg from the balcony. A bonus is being close enough to walk to all of the shopping and attractions Gatlinburg has to offer. Yet out of the way so no fighting the traffic or pedestrians when you want to take a drive around the area.

8/10 Very good

Close to everything
Good location. We parked at the room and walked everywhere. (The hill going up is a lil steep waking). Restaurants, bars, distillery all within 10 minutes walk. Clean room. Friendly staff. Nice view of the mountains and downtown. The room could use some updating and new furniture, but overall it was a good place to stay. *check in at the Econo Lodge office before driving up to the room.
