Check in was easy. The room was clean and bright, and we had an unexpected balcony! The indoor pool was perfectly warm, and the hot tub was excellent. We were excited to see the play structure, which kept our son busy for a morning. We don’t visit the outdoor pool, but could see it from the balcony. It looked clean and was being enjoyed by others. The bed was wicked comfortable. The only part of the trip that disappointed was the breakfast, which was unimaginative and limited. But all in all, we would definitely stay here again.

The pool was so nice and so warm! Saunas were great. Wish they both were open a little longer in evening. Most machines in gym (treadmill, bike, etc) were not working/ out of service. Our shower had not been cleaned properly. Comfy beds, otherwise clean rooms. Opt for a room with a balcony if you can. Breakfast was basically non existing, but did have self-make waffles that were great. Location is meh. The warm pool made it worth other shortcomings. WiFi was good enough for conference calls.
