I had seen online where other travelers had booked a room expecting to be able to use a pool and a hot tub. I called the motel directly and was assured that the pool and hot tub was in perfect working order. When I arrived several days later to check in the pool and the hot tub was out of order. The guy at the desk recognized me as the one who had called. I told him we were going to need to cancel because we wanted the pool and hot tub. He said no problem. I will take care of everything. That was six days ago. My card was charged for a room that was never checked into and I have yet to see a refund. Buyer beware.

The room was clean, smelled good and the desk person was nice. My only issue was the toilet - it was right next to the wall! I had to take the toilet paper off of the roller to use it. Even my husband (@ 165 lbs) had an issue. It was ridiculous.

The check-in was easy, and the service was good. The room was nice, but the beds were full-size instead of queen-sized. I could be mistaken, but they felt a bit smaller than usual. I let my kids play in the pool, but the jacuzzi was dirty, and they didn’t provide towels afterward. I had to ask the front desk for some. Breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, and sausage patties. However, the apple juice and orange juice were run-down water. The only thing that bothered me overnight was the AC making a noise frequently. I only had the fan on, so it was a bit uncomfortable. An upgrade to the AC would be great. The room was in good condition, except for a couple of blinking lights that I had to cover to fall asleep. The pot and candy machines only accepted dollars or quarters. They refused my five dollars and wouldn’t take it. The shower was nice, and they provided a bar of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. They also had a Smart TV, but they provided cable. Overall, I would rate this place three out of five.

Breakfast was ok, felt like staff tried to be helpful. Motel and room were clean. Pool and hot tub were a shade of green and we were told the jets weren’t working in the hot tub. Bed was ok but AC and fridge fan in room were loud. And carpet in room was thin and felt damp (1st floor). They had received a shipment of new beds and TVs so appears they are trying to update.

If you could find a staff person he was nice. Pool was out of order with no heads up before checking in. My grandson was so sad. Breakfast was old, cold and not good. Orange juice didn't work. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy looked months old and no biscuits. Waffle mix tasted bitter..muffins were dried out, coffee was cold. We are elsewhere. Room was clean and veds comfortable but overall not impressed. Would suggest staying.

Hotel staff and room were great; however, the room key system was down. Some guests had to have the staff unlock their doors manually for them. Someone tried to enter our room at 12:45am (tried a room key several times and twisted the handle). At 6am someone knocked at the door several times.

It was dark and out dated. Didn't feel comfortable in room. Next morning whe. Getting out of shower someone tried entering the room. Do Not disturb sign was hsng on door ss well. They would have gotten in if door wouldn't of been lached. Creepy.
