Pros: Nice pool, huge hot tub, excellent breakfast & coffee. The pizza place across the street was good. The beds were comfortable & room was clean. Staff was friendly. Cons: Pool was cold, our room had broken Sheetrock and markings all over the wall. The air conditioner was noisy and didn’t work great so it was super humid in there. All in all we would probably stay here again.

I reserved this hotel 2 weeks prior & in my search results I put “pet friendly” in my results area. Anyhow this hotel comes up as a pet friendly hotel. So I immediately booked 2 nights! I was met by a very nice front desk staff. I did what she asked (ID, Credit card on file for incidentals) ect. When it came to the part about the “pet friendly” hotel there is actually a difference between being a “pet friendly” hotel & a “pet friendly” room! Apparently this hotel is pet friendly with the exception that you need to B in one of the ONLY 3 rooms available for this 2 work. We have traveled all over & have used for years & this is the first hotel that was going to turn us away after driving 4 hours to get there & having absolutely no where else to go. I had a panic attack & begged them to let us stay & they could take extra money out 4 a deposit or what not. After 20-30 minutes they finally decided to let us stay. They had 2 put us in a top floor bc that’s all they had left. They said that they NEVER allow pets on the 2nd floor but we’re making a exception 4 us. So we went to go check into our room & long & behold there was a man & a lady in front of us that had dogs that ironically were staying next to us & across from us, however the room was clean & we had a decent stay. The breakfast is ok, the man at the counter in the early am is not friendly.I said Goodmorning 2 him & he grumbled. Would not stay again due to inconsistency of this hotel & the way they run it.

Our standard room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Lots of warm water and good water pressure for our showers. Breakfast was very good with lots of cold and hot items to choose from. Coffee was very good too! The icy cold lemon water was a bonus! The only issue I had was with the night desk clerk at check-in. He wasn't friendly or helpful. All of the other staff we encountered were both friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Checked us into a room already occupied
The desk clerk accidentially put us into a room where another couple had already moved into. They were not there when we moved in so we did not know at the time that they had already checked and moved in. The couple and clerk came knocking on our door that night and basically accused us of breaking and entering the room. Was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. After we explained that she gave all of us room keys to the same room, the clerk basically said “sorry” That was the end of it. Beyond unacceptable and incompetents. No offer at all to make it up to us in any way.
