Overall Great Place to Stay, with a Few Small Cons
This hotel only averages about 2.5 stars on most review sites but for us it was more like a 4. It looks like there have been recent improvements, and remodeling was underway during our stay, so make sure you pay most attention to the most recent reviews. Pros: Incredibly close to Gare du Nord station. This is VERY handy if you are arriving, like we did, on the Eurostar from London in the late afternoon. We were able to check in here and leave our luggage in our room and start sightseeing right away. Rooms were CLEAN! Plenty of places to eat within a few hundred feet. The patisserie on the corner has great sandwiches and awesome baked goods. Room was adequate for the five of us (2 parents, 3 kids). We actually got 2 bedrooms, with 2 double beds and one single. Perfect. Private bathroom with shower (but read "cons" below). 24-hour reception (not all Paris hotels have this, and we appreciated it). Cons: No free WiFi. Bathroom has no washcloths and limited towels (2 towels). Elevator limited to 3 people. Room was a bit too hot. We had to open the windows some of the time to regulate the temps. Quite a bit of outside traffic noise. Conclusion: We paid 265 euros for two nights, which is very competitive for sleeping 5 people in Paris. I was tempted to give the hotel 5 stars to counteract the many 1 and 2 star reviews, but felt it was better to be honest and dock a star for the hard beds and limited bathroom supplies.

Good Hotel for the Price
Worth the price, close to Gare du Nord train station, not luxury but everything was fine if that's what you're willing to pay, staff, room size, cleanliness. A very good deal.

very bad hotel
to been the worst hotel I have visited in my life I understand I was looking for a budget hotel because I was with my family but upon entering the hotel my first impression was to leave immediately, but the mistake was that they had already charged me 3 days. a very old hotel ,the floor was damaged, dirty they not clean the room just changed the savannahs ,did not sleep very well because it looked like it was in a horror movie not recommended at all if I had known how was it I swear I paid the double what it costs
