Lovely hotel for children but lots of hidden costs
We stayed at Serenusa village with our two children, the hotel is lovely but check in was a shambles and took almost two hours, all inclusive was certainly not all inclusive as I know it and all the entertainment was in Italian only.

Ottimo villaggio. Personale gentilissimo. Cucina buona, soprattutto se si considera che serviva 1700 persone tre volte al giorno. L'unica pecca del villaggio non dipende dall'organizzazione ed è il mare:acqua color tristezza e spesso sporca, peccato davvero.

Villaggio ideale per coppie con bimbi
Io, mio marito e il nostro bimbo di 30 mesi siamo andati al Serenusa Village per una settimana è stata una bella esperienza tutto positivo tranne qualcosa che consiglierei alla struttura di prestare maggiore attenzione per migliorarsi: 1) in piscina maggiore attenzione ai bimbi che entrano senza pannolino, alla gente che entra con ferite aperte senza mettere alcuna protezione; 2) nell'anfiteatro sposteremo l'angolo bar per far sì che l'entrata possa essere più sgombra in caso di emergenza e cercherei di fare più vie di fuga per la sicurezza; 3) rendere più sicuro il viale perché alcuni quadratini del pavimento sono più rialzati rendendolo pericolo, tant'è che il mio bambino è inciampato e si è rotto il naso, così come è capitato ad un adulto; 4) mettere le porte antipatico al ristorante del primo piano. Spero di essere stata utile non solo ad altre persone ma anche alla struttura così da potersi migliore ancora di più. Per il resto tutto bello e soprattutto a dimensione di bimbo. Super pulizia.

Benessere per la famiglia
Mio marito, io e i nostri figli abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo stupendo villaggio. Che dire: oltre le aspettative. I bimbi (9 e 5 anni) si sono divertiti come matti al Serenino club e Serenup club e di riflesso anche noi genitori siamo stati bene e ci siamo rilassati. Assolutamente da consigliare anche perché oltre alla ottima organizzazione, la struttura è nuova o di recente ristrutturazione. Grazie Bluserena! Per le prossime vacanze valuteremo gli altri villaggi

Bel villaggio, divertente per piccoli e grandi
Ho scelto questo villaggio per le vacanze per la sua fama di posto adatto ai bambini, ed in effetti oltre all'area del "baby club" ben attrezzata compreso di piscina per bimbi e veranda adatta a tante attività dei piccoli è presente anche un bel parco giochi grande con giochi divertenti, tutto all'ombra di grandi alberi. Mia figlia di 3 anni si è divertita anche se non voleva restare spesso al Serenino, il mini club per bimbi. Anche mio figlio di 1 anno e mezzo ha avuto modo di giocare. Il villaggio è grande con una ampia piazzetta da docce si accede al ristorante principale, al, bar, ai negozi,... cibo buono. Tanti spazi verdi ben curati, così come la spiaggia, grande e di sabbia fine. Peccato che il mare è stato agitato 5 giorni su 7 e poi la temperatura dell'acqua in questa zona è sempre fredda. Camere pulite e funzionali, ma il minifrigo non raffredda tantissimo. Le palazzine vicino la piscina e bar non hanno ascensore, e noi con 2 passeggini abbiamo chiesto e ottenuto un cambio di stanza, fortuna che era disponibile. Le 2 piscine sono belle e grandi ma trovare sdraio e ombrellone era difficile già dalle 16. Animazione impeccabile, coinvolgente e non invadente e soprattutto divertente guidata dallo spassosissimo Dario. Tornerei con i bimbi più grandi sperando che vogliano restare con animatori che offrono un servizio continuato dalle 9.30 fino alle 18.30 ed anche durante lo spettacolo serale
