The night guard delivered top service
Late check-in after midnight and early checkout at five. We were very pleased with the warm welcome we received from the night guard. He also made sure that a breakfast was ready for us. Top service!

Fletcher Friendly But Rooms For Improvement.
Friendly staff and excellent food let down by battle-worn rooms - some with bathroom mould problems - and unpleasant, musty air in bedroom corridors. In-room tv's offered too limited a choice of international channels.

Near the German border
The hotel is next to the German border. The hotel is rather tired. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Never again !
This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation as well as a deep cleaning and routine maintenance. The bed was comfortable but the room was not. There was a room air conditioner in the room but it did not work. They said that there was no working air conditioning in the entire hotel. The sheets were clean but the bathroom was not. There was heavy mildew in the bathtub area. The clock (built into the nightstand) didn't work but it was so old that I would not have otherwise trusted it to wake me in the morning. The hairdryer was proudly made in West Germany, which ceased to exist in 1990. The whole room could have done with a fresh coat of paint. There were stains on the wall and door where items had hung in the past. I ate dinner but not breakfast. The food was okay as was the service. The prices seemed high for what you got and the location. There was also a 5 EUR cover charge. I am not sure what the cover charge was for. The table had no tablecloth and the napkin was paper.
