Great value located near the train station
There was a plumbing problem with the room we originally booked, but the staff notified us early of the problem and found another location even closer to the train station for us. The room was clean and service was very professional.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE, BUT...
WE REQLY LOVE "WIW ROME" EXCEPT FOR ONE PROBLEM (READ BELOW). EXCELLENT LOCATION, VERY CLEAN, VERY COMFORTABLE BED, COFFEE-TEA-OTHER DRINKS ALL DAY, EXTRA FOOD IN AND OUT OF REFRIGERATOR. I GAVE 3 POINTS FOR CONDITION BECAUSE WE HAD PROBLEM WITH HOT WATER - IT WAS JUST COLD UNLESS I WOULD OPEN HOT WATER ON A KITCHEN (NOT IN OUR ROOM, BUT NEXT DOOR), WAIT UNITLL IT WILL BE VERY HOT, THEN OPEN HOT WATER IN OUR ROOM SND WAIT; VERY IMPORTAND: A FAUSE WITH HOT WATER ON A KITCHEN HAS TO BE OPEN AS LOND AS WE NEEDED TO USE HOT WATER. AGAIN, WE REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE AND WOULD LIKE TO COME BACK, BUT PROBLEM WITH HOT WATER NEEDS BE CORRECTED.

Desi review - loved it.
I am from Delhi and me and my wife lived there for around 3 days.. 1st of all if you are looking to do a Europe trip by doing your own bookings sort of a way like I did I would totally recommend this place.. A hundred percent. The rooms are really comfortable and I had a shared bathroom situation because of the room I booked but though I was skeptical at first I had no problem what so ever.. The room is really close to the main terminal station if you want to take any metro, bus, or a train towards the next destination or the airport you are totally covered. But also it is just enough removed that you have a comfortable and peaceful stay. The breakfast situation is aweosome. There is a sufficient array of breads and treats waiting for you in the morning. There is jam and butter and milk and coffee and you can make your own tea and so much juice. And a microwave at hand if you want to heat something. A fridge to keep your wine chilled or if you bring something to store cold. Don't expect Desi food. The owner is awesome and gave us really good advice about where to eat local. And we ate at the restaurant he suggested for 3 nights in a row. His suggestion was that good. The wifi works great. You get a key to get in and out whenever you want. Totally safe. I don't think I can say anything else. I had a great stay. Hope yours is good too. And we waked to almost everywhere from the house.

Could be much better for the price.
The location is very convenient (50 m away from Termini station). The staff (Roberto) was extremely helpful and friendly. I'm not so happy with the conditions: the room itself and the "included breakfast". For the amount we were paying, I was expecting a better room. Something more than IKEA bed sheets, 30-year old furniture and a poorly hanged picture on the wall. There was not even a hanger in the room for the towels, which we had to hang from the doors of the wardrobe. The wardrobe itself was full with extra bed sheets, blankets and pillows. So full, there was hardly enough room for my clothes (I had to leave some of them inside my suitcase). The breakfast was poor: bread, butter, marmalade, gnutella, cheap cheese and a few slices of salami a day for the entire flat (4 double bedrooms). I have travelled a lot and been to more expensive cities, cheaper hotels with better conditions. Rome is a tourist trap and the owners know it, and they take advantage of it. I wouldn't recommend this place other than for the location.
