Location location location. Just of the Rambla. Nice walk to airport bus
Budget hotel in a convenient area , not clean , it has no lobby, but it has air conditioning in a very hot and humid Barcelona
The location is amazing. Don't buy the breakfast option. Get breakfast around the hotel--cheaper and tastier.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. There were some ants in our room one day when we came back but they fixed the problem for us. Worth the cost for the great area.
The location could not have been better, with everything, including Metro lines within a couple of blocks. The staff were very nice. The rooms have air-conditioning on non-stop, which in the heat was not all that bad, but a little hard on the sinuses. The bed was standard extra firm. The room and the hotel was very clean. The WiFi was excellent.
Resonable with 70 USD below
I had a very long 12 hour layover and decided to grab a reasonable room. Since this was my first time in Barcelona, I was not exactly sure what to expect. I hit the jackpot! The location is absolutely ideal, right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter, walking distance to everything, including subway to the airport I can't say enough good things for the front desk staff. Super nice and helpful, definitely maximized my stay there. For the price, this is more than an excellent choice. Will definitely stay there again.
My go to hotel when I go to Barcelona. Always a pleasant visit. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.
Super Friendly in the heart of it all. I loved the location but if loud and very bad singing at 2:00 in the morning bothers you, you probably need to NOT be in the heart of it all. Maybe a 15 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and another 30 if you want to walk down to the sea. When I was there the restaurant was closed. They served a breakfast which was fine and typical, but no Tapas etc., thus a large seating area for breakfast. I think it reopens in a few weeks. The front desk was super friendly and spoke several languages fine. The room was typically small but with a nice sized bathroom. My room had a very small balcony that worked great to hang your clothes out, as it seems everyone does. There's a Starbucks a minute away, Las Ramblas two minutes and maybe hundreds of restaurants within blocks. Great Irish Pub across the street, which, yes, closed around 2:00! Also a great little place about a block up the street called Walk Wok, or Wok Walk if you like a variety of wok Asian style food made fresh in a few minutes. Someone is at the hotel front desk 24 hours. Good: location, balcony, good service, good value for the price, comfortable. Bad: a bit small, no fridge, noisy late at night, Wifi so-so. Would definitely stay again.
My stay in Barcelona was for 3 days for a conference and hotel Adagio provided me with what I needed. 24h reception with very friendly stuff, clean towels and room service daily, they offered a closed bottle of water inside the room :) The hotel is in a great location, literally 1min from La Rambla, it is a busy and can be loud neighborhood, but in the hotel it was quiet. Inside the hotel there is a great indian fast food-restaurant place and later it can be a nuce bar. I recommend this place if you want to go around Barcelona!
