The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the room had everything you might need: slippers, a bathrobe, a coffee/tea set, daily water — all clean and well prepared. I only expected the room to be slightly bigger, but it was still comfortable. The pool area is very pleasant, with a bar right next to it and very friendly staff. Clean towels are provided, and there is a changing room downstairs, so everything is conveniently accessible. A huge advantage of the hotel is its location — just a few steps from the metro, shops, and a nearby market. It’s a perfect base for exploring Bangkok.

The rooms were clean but all rooms I believe have about half of the square footage in carpet. Only the entrance area and bathroom have tile floors. I don’t particularly like carpet since it caries more dust and debrie. The hallways are also covered in carpet on the different floors. The sitting area around the pool is also quite small making it challenging to find afternoon space. Breakfast is quite good and a variety of good hot meals with friendly staff.

Great city hotel with a relatively large outdoor pool and bar on the rooftop. What made the stay particularly outstanding was the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The staff spoke English, which was also very helpful. There’s a free shuttle every 30 mins to the sky train and metro station, which makes the city very accessible. The only con was that they did not refill the breakfast buffet after 9am, even though official breakfast time is until 10.30am. In general it seemed like they were not equipped to deal with the crowds at breakfast. Otherwise an amazing hotel in Bangkok.
