The condition of the room needs updating for sure. The washroom was a disappointment but the staff/receptionist was super nice and came over and scrubbed the washroom to our satisfaction. Very nice of her.Forgot to take her name she worked the night shift on the 29th of October. Breakfast made up for all the other deficiencies. Lots of variety and delicious. All in all it was an alright stay.

On a 3 week European vacation, staying in five different hotels/apartments/Bnbs, Botel Hotel had the most comfortable bed!!! I finally got a full night's rest!!

Sleeping on a boat. What could be more fun. The ferry is frequent and quick. The room was comfortable with plenty of heat.

This hotel just needs a mild makeover. They’ve got the right idea. Getting directions to the ferry and which ferry to ride were challenging. Thank goodness the locals seem to know where it is and how to get to it. My Siri map was way off! The best thing about the hotel is the ship next door Pollux! They have great food and friendly staff.

Knew what to expect. Loved the quick ferry ride over. Quirky up and coming area. Love the concept of a floating boat hotel but does needs some TLC. Yolanda at check in was awesome. We upgraded to a “suite”, one of the 5 Botel letter on the top deck they converted into rooms. Each unique design, small but bigger than the staterooms. Not used much apparently because it was very dusty, bathroom small, slippery wet floor from shower. Should have slip free mats. Like the other reviews say, watch the shower water temperature. Narrow steep staircase, be careful! Not for the elderly. Very quiet up top and beautiful views. If I go again I would get one of those bigger rooms. Buffett was adequate. We found the staff very nice and accommodating. Just needs some upgrades

This place had an amazing view. The ferry shuttle was free and close by, plus runs from 8am-3:30am! Didn't stay in the ship too long, as we continued to go to the city a lot. Had a great time when we were there. Love that there was no smoking on the ship! The staff were extremely helpful and amazing! Would recommend this place and would even stay again! :)

The Botel is an economy hotel - very basic, but clean and it has a GREAT location. It was extremely hot when we stayed there for 4 days. They did have a fan, but it was still hot. In spite of the heat, we had a good sleep. Breakfast was provided. It was plentiful and great with some variety. The people at the hotel were very helpful and very pleasant. We had a great stay at the Botel.
