Not so good
This hotel is ridiculous and is not in a very good neighborhood. The reception is in one door and the rooms are in a different area which you have to go back outside on the sidewalk to access Very small rooms, no air con, and lots of street noise. Breakfast was OK. Good thing for us it rained that night so most of the street characters were elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel or neighborhood.

Covers the basics well: location, clean, breakfast
We stayed at the Hotel Munich Inn for a 3-day trip to Oktoberfest. The location was ideal: steps from the train station and equidistant from the town center and the festival. The hotel room was very clean when we arrived, and the small accommodations (water bottles, bathroom niceties, etc.) made us feel that much more comfortable. While the breakfast food was mediocre, access to a free breakfast every morning was very appreciated! Two main complaints: the lobby entrance and stairwells smell strongly of dumpster garbage. Walking into the hotel to this stench was unpleasant every time. Secondly, (and I know this isn't atypical in Europe), the "double bed" was two twin beds pushed together. The linens were separate and due to the wood floor, the beds slid apart very easily.

Party Central Stay
Middle of Octoberfest, close to the train station and the "party". Reasonable. That was how we found this hotel. 4 adults sharing the room and we had plenty of space, however it took 2 trips up a very old elevator to get us all to our room. The hotel is on a main street in what looks to be a middle-eastern neighborhood, next to a fruit market. I would not stay more than a few nights since the room was noisy even with the windows closed. but if you were there for the "party" of the year, it was perfect. the 24 hour front desk was a plus, since we checked out a 3am for a train. and the breakfast was delicious!

Will not stay again.
Location close to train station. The room had no air conditioning or fans. We had to open the window and the street noise was horrible all night. The neighborhood was not the best for famlies. There were people outside talking loudly and smoking until early morning. We asked that the windows stay open while we were out. They closed them which made our room unbareable when we returned. We will not stay here during our next visit and I would not recommend it to others.
