The staff was helpful and friendly, pools were nice, but hot tub needs some work. The room was nice and clean, but there was a hole in the carpet in the middle of the room. Breakfast was good, but get there early to beat the crowd. I would stay there again. Great price!

Wasn’t worth the $
So. The positives... the staff was friendly. The ammenities were nice. We enjoyed the hot tub, inside and outside pool. The breakfast was ok. Mostly sugar and carbs. My kids enjoyed the waffles for sure. Coffee was great. Negatives... the room was very dusty... The outlet covers, baseboards, top of microwave. The ac but had mold in the vents. The shower head had mold on it. There was hair and dirt on the floor behind the bathroom door. It was not a very clean room. The in room coffee maker was missing pieces. I told the staff, but it wasn’t resolved. A light bulb went out and they fixed that right away, which was nice. I asked for extra pillows several times and the staff never got back with me. It was busy, so I assume that’s why. The beds were super hard. My husband and I both had back pain every morning. The price per night was raised because it was tax free weekend. For $175 a night, we could have stayed at the Marriott or Hampton Inn. I spoke to another customer and she paid about $300 for a week. It was a decent hotel, but not worth $609 after fees that we paid for 3 nights.

Good overall value
A good value and great location for a stay in Pigeon Forge. Warmest pool I have ever swam in and extremely helpful/friendly front desk individuals! Bathroom was extremely small and beds weren't very comfortable. But overall, would recommend to anyone and will stay there again.

Would not stay there again!
Stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon ,the bed was hard as a rock! We had a couple of brand new clothing items that came up missing from our room while staying there!
