Railay Princess Resort & Spa, Krabi

Over all pretty good ...But if they would put a bit of updating on the look of the room , it could be even better. The room feel like a old Miami beach type hotel... Although we are not in Miami ;) Over all, not much reason to not stay there... But it could be improve. BTW the beach on the west side is more scenic in my opinion {and they are located on the east side}.BTW anyone booking any hotel... Be aware, if you may be a bit older or not the best health or have a lot of heavy luggage... If your ferry arrive in low tide you will have to walk at least ankle deep in the water and for a good distance and may even higher... I got water up to below my crouch and I am 6'1" ... My wallet which was in my pocket got all wet ... So be aware ! { on the east side, where the Princess is located they have a pier " real convenient as right by the hotel" ... But be aware when booking the ferry, as mine did arrived on the west side.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very nice for the price during the high season. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was a bit worn down and need of renovation and cleaning but not bad. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good deal and nice location on Railay East.

I really loved this hotel , the location was great, the rooms were nice, and the two pools were fantastic. Some parts of the rooms could’ve used a bit of an upgrade (paint on walls was chipping , molding in shower) , but having the bathtub made up for it. My main complaint about this hotel was the staff. They were cold and somewhat rude. I never felt truly welcomed by them, and that is very unfortunate for such a nice hotel....I didn’t even feel comfortable asking them for tour advice or anything, because every time I asked, they made it feel like I was bothering them!

The stay was ok, room was nice, wifi was intermittent. Not perfect. Buffet breakfast with variety. We didn’t touch the drinks in fridge but when checking out was accuse that we did and showed us a mineral water bottle that was opened. We claimed that we didn’t touch the fridge and they let it pass. There is already 2 complimentary bottles for free. But do check your drinks in fridge when u check in to make sure they were not opened prior to your stay.
