You can find better elsewhere for the money
The Positive: Good location, spacious room, very helpful staff. The Negative: Stayed for 5 days Wifi was terrible as in not usable and frustrating , room was very warm in Summer (they could not make the room colder for us - the lowest it got to was 76 F at night with the AC running nonstop during the day it was in the 80s in the room), I don't necessarily care about a free breakfast but pretty much every other hotel I stayed at in Italy during my trip included breakfasts which were actually quite amazing but this place does not include it and charges 22 Euro per person per day if you do opt for it which is absurd, the bed mattress was old and uncomfortable, all the furniture was old in a needed to be replaced kind of way.

Very nice hotel. The lobby and sitting areas are lovely and inviting, with artwork and overstuffed chairs. The beds and linens are first rate. Nice towels, but not surprisingly there were no wash clothes. Our room was in the back, so the view was another building and rooftops but there was absolutely no street or city noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was excellent. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Beware. Do not stay here.
This was my worst experience in the world. First off this is not a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel. Rooms were smelly and dirty. It's run down. It has very good reviews and I don't know how. I booked the superior suite and when I got to the hotel the room description and pictures were completely different. When I showed them the pics on hotels.com they said this is the deluxe suite which isn't even an option on the website. Instead of making my stay comfortable they wanted to charge me 150 euros on top of the 400 euros I paid per night. There were flies in the room and he said the guy at the reception said I will spray it. It smelt soo bad. The walls look like they haven't been painted in years. I found a used sugar bag inside my coffee pot. Trust me there are other hotels offering better rooms at a fraction of the cost. Everything about this hotel was a total fail. Beware. Don't ever stay at this hotel. Worst worst experience of my life.
