Horrible management
The hotel was fine. Clean and comfortable. The pool wasn't in operation, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The management is horrible. We pre-paid through Hotels.com. We were charged again by the Aloft under the pretense that they were charging us for incidentals. So we paid twice. We tried to contact the management for 3 weeks to no avail. Hotels.com tried as well. The double charge is still on our card after three weeks.

We did not stay at the hotel due to the condition of the rooms they put us in. Very nice lady at check in however this hotel smelled of mold, caused us to cough for 30 minutes after exited the building and had hair and urine on the toilet. Told the front desk lady, asked for cancellation and stayed at a different hotel.
