This is the most run-down, beat-up, depressing motel I've ever stayed in--and I've traveled all around the developing world and stayed in places for $8/ night. The USA Inn had furniture from the 1950s, and cracks all through the bathroom. It was freezing cold and the doors and locks didn't seem secure. It looked like the kind of place where criminals hide in cop shows. No joke. Amazing that one would have to pay $100 for this. It was worth about $25. Do yourself a favor and avoid it if you can.

The check in mgr was great and very nice. However the room was terrible. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedspreads. The bathroom was dingy and looked like it hadn’t been updated in over 30 years. There was stains on the walls and on the box spring bad. The box spring looked like someone put chocolate or poop in a big section. They need to update the rooms with paint and new fixtures and non holes bedspread.

Never Again!
Advertised non-smoking room stunk from stale and recent cigarette smoke from the prior guest or adjacent rooms all evening. Reported my concern to the management and was told, "there's nothing we can do about it."

Clean but Noisy
I stayed here two nights. The room itself was pretty clean but there were some issues. The driveway itself is very bumpy with potholes and should be repaved. My biggest complaint is that the walls are VERY thin between rooms. If you book here, I recommend that you bring ear plugs or a white noise machine. I've traveled quite a bit and this is practically the worst hotel for noise I experienced. During my two night stay, I could hear the couple next door having normal conversation, watch TV, having sex and snoring as if they were in my room. Other than that for the price it was fine. Unfortunately there isn't anything the hotel can do about the cheap walls between rooms, but travelers should be aware of this if booking here.

Thin walls between rooms--noisy
The room itself was pretty clean except for a few hairs in the bathtub/shower area. The entrance has potholes and is bumpy and really should be repaved but my biggest complaint is that the walls between rooms are SUPER thin. I have traveled a lot in 30 years, and this is the second worst hotel in terms of noise. I stayed two nights and I could hear the couple next to me have regular conversation, I could hear the TV as if it were in my room, and I could hear them having sex practically the whole night as if they were right in front of me. If you stay here I recommend that you bring ear plugs or a white noise machine. Even the fan on the air conditioner wasn't enough to block out the noise.
