Exceptional service and location
This is a nice property that's convenient to the hub of the Main Street pier area, but not in the loud center of it. The lobby is beautiful and always smelled fresh and clean. The pool area was spotless and had plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. The beds were comfy and clean. The water pressure was amazing--so good, that it may be painful on sunburned skin! Ocean view room on the 5th floor (south side, not direct ocean front) had a great view of the sunrise and wasn't right over the busy pool area. Parking was tight, but no worse than any other hotel that I noticed. The overflow lot across the street was big, with easy access. My only complaint was my room didn't smell very fresh. It reminded me of raw seafood, like maybe someone rinsed some and didn't wash out the sink. The carpet was a bit musty, and could use a good deep cleaning. I would definitely stay here again though. The service was exceptional. The hairdryer in my room was weak and sounded near death. I called the front to see if I could come down and swap for another. I had a new one brought to my door within 2 minutes! I had a lovely long weekend and was very happy I chose this property.

OK but missing things to make it GREAT
We have stayed here before. It is a nice location right on beach and has a nice pool and beach views. WHAT IT IS MISSING IS AN EXERCISE ROOM. Rooms have nice refrigerators, microwaves and ovens. Wifi was not too good. Not too sure about breakfast..no one mentioned it but it looked like they had some muffins out until about 9AM. If you asked they gave coffee set ups for in room coffee maker. Shower was ok. Of course no cleaning service until after 3 days. ALSO NO IN ROOM IRON OR BOARD. One was in laundry on one of the floors.
