Great, but be prepared to pay for extras
This is a classic and historic hotel that is worth the visit. However, I was surprised that I wasn't allowed to iron my wrinkled shirts in my room. But for $16 they would do it for me. The same was true when I found that ordering a bucket of ice to my room was six euros. Overall, I am glad to have stayed here once.

Very Good 8.0
A relaxed weekend in Belgrade
The hotel is perfectly situated at the city center. Very close to the main pedestrian shopping street. The staff was nice and attentive, breakfast was rich the room that was first assigned to us was small and upon our request we were given a larger room with no extra cost.

Excellent experience!
I was admitted to ICU in a state hospital while visiting Belgrade. Upon discharge, we decided to pamper ourselves for a few days as we prepared for our trip home. Can’t emphasize how comfortable and pleasant our stay was. Very good breakfast ( and our room was made up while we were dining). We took most of our meals st the hotel and they were all execellent. Moskva outdoor Cafe was also a very pleasant experience, with delicious dessert options and a great place to sit by the sidewalk and watch the passers by. Booked massages and foot reflexology sessions on our last afternoon during our stay. Although very relaxing and an overall positive experience, I don’t think that the massuese has actual training in either field. Was not comparable to professional massages that I had recieved in the states.

Luxurious stylish hotel in the hearth of Belgrade
Great very stylish hotel in the hearth of the city. Hotel with long tradition, but completely modernized - everything is new and beautiful, just "the old times" atmosphere preserved. Great service and especially great cakes! Our room was two-level, with sitting area on the first and sleeping area on the second level. highly recommended.

Poor 2.0
We were very upset when we checked in and were led into a room with curtains on a wall pretending there was a window and the room was so small to be a closet. They were very rude and said we had to pay extra to have a “normal room”. The lobby was full of people checking in for a bus tour and they obviously cared more for those large group than individuals checking in. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and they told us to have dinner and maybe they will get hold of him. We still did not have a room and finally after dinner (I thought that the dinner maybe on them, however they could not care less about making a customer happy. We ended up eating at this expensive restaurant in the hotel and when we finally ere too tired to wait we took the room they offered us hoping that they would not charge us extra to get finally a room instead of a “closet”. The next day I spoke with the Manager and he could not care less. We definitely will never stay there again and the Manager has a lot to learn about customer Service.
