The house is pretty and has a history, but compared to other B and B's we have stayed at in other cities, this one seemed overpriced. There was no service, really, the owner was not around much. There was no one there when we arrived and had to call. He got there pretty quickly and was nice, but we felt he should have put a note on the door saying to call. We stood there ringing the bell for a while. There are no private bathrooms in the house, so be prepared to share a bath. The bathrooms are very small needs some attention. The bedroom itself was nice and the bed was comfortable, although, I'm not a fan of down pillows. Outside, the grounds needed tending. The restaurant a block away LaBinnah Bistro was really good, however.
