We had a terrible time of falling asleep our first of two nights there due to hammering going on. I finally called down to the front desk to complain as it was already 10:45pm and still going when the receptionist told me it was the kitchen crew below us who were cleaning out vents. The receptionist told me they would be done soon. Needless to say I requested that I felt it inappropriate to have any hammering going on at that time. She said she would go and talk with them which she must have done as the hammering ended shortly after. However, we did t receive an apology that evening or the following when I asked if there was more work to be done in the kitchen that night. Customer service etiquette really should be taught to staff. In addition, the toilet was in bad shape and we could hear anyone flush as the sound came right through the walls. We won’t stay here again.
