Family vacation
The place is clean. The staff are hospitable. The hotel is near to the subway stations and a lot of place to eat nearby. They just need to add more coin laundry.

Buyer Beware
I was a repeat visitor, so knew what to expect. I hate having to wait for check-in after a long flight and long trip from the airport. This is the Japanese system, and it stinks! Hotel restaurant is over-priced. Convenient to Shinjuku. Getting a good price requires booking early and paying in advance. Wide variation in rates over time. Shop aggressively!
