Bad experience
Horrible customer service. Dirty and smelly rooms. The "new" receptionist lied to us about free brakefast the night we checked in. The in morning we we're charged 30 Euro for the worst brakefast in France. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very enjoyable stay. I liked the warm indoor swimming pool, steam, and sauna. The location was About 10 minute walk to St Catherine’s Cathedral.

There's no reception 24/7. Be aware.
It was an "ok" stay. The hotel is a little far from downtown. It's not a problem if you have a car. The helpdesk closes at 7 pm. Be aware of the time of your check-in. I arrived late at night and it was a mess to enter. The room is great, the staff is very friendly, even speaking only a few words in English.

Good location with parking
Just a couple of days away. Room was good, excellent facilities including fridge and kettle. Bed was hard and pillows not comfortable. Breakfast was average as if you were late the hot cooked food had run out.
