Amazing location... staff needs better training. P
Hotel is located in a great area. overall the hotel's appearance is decent. Restaurant and room bathrooms are outadated. The front desk service is mediocre at best except for dani wo is great and goes out of his way to provide super service. Housemaids do a great job and are probably the best staff in the hotel. Room service and the restaurant are absolutely disastrous. Overall most of the staff do not really care in providing good service.... Also, wifi does not reach the main bed room. Stayed twice in this hotel and had the seame problem both times

Worst Night Ever !
Personal is very friendly but that is about all... Beds are as still as a rock as well as the pillows. NO AC in rooms. My husband ended up grabing cushions from the sofa in order to try to get some sleep since he woke up in the middle of the night in so much pain because of the springs of the mattress... you were better off sleeping on the floor. Original stay was going to be 18 nights since I was having a medical procedure, but ended up being only 1 night and left the hotel without them giving us a credit for the un-used nights, just told us to take it up with Expedia (even though we booked and paid in full through hotels.com).
