Redeemed themselves
My wife and I stayed once before after the storm and questioned weather we should stay again due to a musty smell and repair noise. We decided to give it another try while on a buisness trip recently after finding out the repairs were complete to the roof. We were pleasantly surprised! Much better stay than the first and Bridgepoint redeemed themselves. Still noticed upgrades that need to be made, but the staff was all very nice and accommodating. You can clearly see that they are trying hard to fix the hotel and make sure the guest are comfortable.

Never again.
Very surprised that we were put on a floor that “ was being renovated “. It smelled of paint and there was open areas in the walls. Our room was already “renovated” and I use that loosely. Honestly the fixtures were nice but whoever installed them clearly did not know how. There was silicone every where. Pouring out of seems. The shower was missing sealant in the corner which left grime, would have to clean it off with a knife, built up in the corners. The breakfast was TERRIBLE! I wish we would have stayed somewhere else.

No sleep
The hotel was nice and so was the staff but cancelled the rest of my stay after 2 nights. I worked graveyard and couldn't sleep for kids running back and forth down the hallway above us from 6 a.m. til I left for work. It rattled the pictures on the walls. Complained 3 times and nothing was ever done about it.

Room was worn but clean. Location is not the quietest but is convenient.
