Front desk ladies were amazing! Coffee was always hot! The hot breakfast was a lifesaver! Housekeeping could use a refresher course! The hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel were great additions! The 100% No Smoking policy was not enforced - Smokers standing outside the entry doors smoking, which you had to walk through the smoke!

Very old hotel. Stinky and moldy smelling. When I walked in my room, I actually thought about leaving. They (clearly) recently upgraded the outside of the hotel. Apparently they forgot about the inside. Will never stay here again.

Check in was not friendly. Elevator is slow. The room was large and clean. Bed is comfortable. They have waffle makers at breakfast. Our key stopped working when we went to breakfast. It was annoying to go back down to have it fixed. Shower did not have good water pressure.
