VERY CLEAN!!! this is a huge deal for me. I am the kind of person who really doesn't like to travel due to some bad experience with unclean rooms but I will say this is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The room advertised that there was a microwave in the rooms but ours apparently did not come with one, not a problem, the front desk staff brought us one immediately. Great location to the Mall of GA, not too close to where you are bombarded with the heavy noise of shoppers but close enough to were you can get to everything in a flash. Super nice staff, and did I mention its clean!!! Will definitely choose again.

Best night away ever!
It was a wonderful experience! I had been quarantined at home for almost a month and wanted to get away. The room was very clean, staff was very polite and welcoming, bed was very inviting and comfortable! I didn’t want to leave! Enjoyed my night away from home. Great internet service. I was able to do a Zoom meeting during my stay as well. The price was phenomenal for the amenities! The location and proximity to great shopping and food choices was amazing! Will definitely return!!

Great hotel, comfy and spacious room and bathroom
The room was great and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The front desk reps were really nice and helpful. The bathroom was spacious which I loved. The only dip in the bathroom review is the sink was slow draining and the shower curtain didn't fully cover or stay in place. Loved the partial separation of the toilet from the sink area. I liked the response time if I had a problem or needed something. They no longer have the Area Shuttle so remember that. The hotel is super close to shopping area. The Starbucks inside the hotel is not fully functional only regular coffee with cream and sugar nothing extra so don't get excited when you see it in the lobby. Great lobby to sit and chill there's a tv at the tables. Love the protection of the property, after a certain time at night you need your room key to enter the hotel. In the tiny market area in the lobby there's water, pop and beers which was helpful lol. The property is beautiful and I will definitely come back to stay here my next visit to Georgia.

Good stay
Room was nice and clean. My only complaint was that my heat/ac unit wouldn’t work, it was completely dead. Good thing I was able to open the window and ventilate the room enough to keep it cool enough to sleep for work. Would still stay again if they fix the issue in the room 502.

They treated towels like gold. Anytime u ask for say 3 towels 2 wash clothes, it was like it was a privilege to get one. I work in senior cate services so I have to take 2 showers a day. I should be able get enough towels for at least 2 days, since your not replacing each day. My girlfriend got up for work at 4:45 worked till 8:30 on second job. I worked till 8:30 each night. So getting towels was very inconvenient(the way we felt)at 2 different times a day because couldn’t get enough to last. Also on Friday morning at 7:30a.m. A maid tried to enter my room because someone gave her wrong room #, it was 2 doors down. Good think I had it latched. Was getting couple extra hours before a long day. Our best experience was Wednesday night. Check in was pleasant and very friendly. This was my second stay at 2 different locations. First stay in S.Ga/N.Florida was much better and was an older hotel. Marriott will probably not staying at another Marriott.

Overall we love Courtyards. However, now due to the pandemic, I feel it's an excuse to save in costs by reducing their offerings. We had no house keeping, no offering of additional lines or towels. More frustrating, no breakfast was offered. Ever restaurant in town is serving food but Courtyard can't?! Even the coffee they did have onsite you had to pay for. In the end, my nightly rate didn't reflect these amenity reductions. I don't plan on going back anytime soon.
